Spontaneous Painting invites us to step outside of everything we think we know and move with courage into the unknown of the blank canvas. The magic of life is not in what we know but in the unconditioned unknown places of exploration and possibility. We begin to access the innocence and wonder of a child. We give ourselves permission not hold back, to trust our intuition, to trust the goodness of creativity (life) to lead us where we need to go. When moving from this bigger place every image, dot, line, gesture of color is a gift leading us to a greater intimacy and freedom within.
